Holy crap I almost barfed tonight!
125cals burned on jacobs ladder - 10 min warm up (hubby and I have a competition to see who can burn more in 10 minutes damn I wanted to do more than 125!
super sets 3x10
chest press 50lbs
two handed pull row 72 lbs
decline push ups (ended with woman's push ups last set collapsed face on floor)
assisted pull ups
military press went from 20,10 to 8 pounds
cable bent over rows 24 lbs
cable chest pull in front 24lbs
new program, new measurements next week, new pics
tomorrow just 60 minutes cardio, sewing and library.
son didn't make the competitive soccer team but will play community he is also not getting bugged anymore!
younger son starts swimming.
