Going away for awhile soo here is what this week probably will look like, I am talking with a new trainer tuesday for flexibility, however I am unsure if she will be giving me weights as well so to be prepared I am making my own schedule.

everyone have a good week, I hope I can move after this one. I will know by wednesday for sure if we can go skiiing, a friend died and his funeral may be this week. He was good people and young and it was a tragic death, my hubby worked with him for many years so we have to be there for his brother cause they didn't have any parents.
