Yesterday was depletion day one, but I completely forgot to add it

4:30 AM: 30 minutes cardio :rolleyes:

10 minutes elliptical with arms
11 minutes treadmill
9 minutes elliptical

GAWD that was boring...I couldn't stand to do 45 minutes

5:30 AM: whole egg, egg whites, fat free mozarella, mushies, apple
9:00 AM: 1% cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries
12:00 PM: baked tuna, salad, green beans, avocado
3:00 PM: grilled chicken, salad, green beans, homemade balsamic vinegarette

working sets @ 90 lbs + sled

One Arm DB Row
working sets @ 40 lb DB

Cybex Incline Flye
working sets up to 50 lbs

Single Armmed Lat Pull ss Cable Subscapular Raise
working sets up to 70 lbs ss working sets @ 10 lbs

BB Curl ss Tricep Pressdown
working sets @ 40 lbs ss 70 lbs

1:00 AM: grilled chicken, roasted asparagus, avocado
1:30 PM: baked tuna, green beans, salad, homemade balsamic vinegarette
4:30 PM: low carb skim milk, whey, celery
5:30 PM: cardio

60 minutes kickboxing

7:00 PM: skim milk, whey
9:00 PM: whole egg, egg whites

Yeah just don't turn the knob so hot that you burn yourself, ha ha

grilled chicken, roasted asparagus, yummy! looking GOOD girl! where do you get the low carb skim milk? i don't see hood's carb countdown milk anymore, but i thought it was related to the atkins bankruptcy thing.

Really? Wow...I didn't even know that. I get mine from a local gourmet store. It's skim milk with enzymes added to decrease the carb count. Hood had cream and other additives, but this is just skim milk and enzymes.

I need to find out about this atkins bankruptcy thing!
