Yesterday was depletion day one, but I completely forgot to add it

4:30 AM: 30 minutes cardio :rolleyes:

10 minutes elliptical with arms
11 minutes treadmill
9 minutes elliptical

GAWD that was boring...I couldn't stand to do 45 minutes

5:30 AM: whole egg, egg whites, fat free mozarella, mushies, apple
9:00 AM: 1% cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries
12:00 PM: baked tuna, salad, green beans, avocado
3:00 PM: grilled chicken, salad, green beans, homemade balsamic vinegarette

10 minutes HIIT on treadmill

:eek2: Gym was SUPER busy yesterday. I couldn't do one of my lifts because the lat pulls and cable flye machines were all taken.

40 minute walk with dog

8:00 PM: 1% cottage cheese, natural PB
