I got bloods done - everything looks pretty good. Test is exactly where I'd expect, same with e2.

Going to have a chat with coach about what the plan is - not wanting to do anything crazy and with the limited mast and primo over here it's hard, but I'm hoping he will say something like test 300 mast 200.

Good question - I dropped any AIs for 2 weeks just to see what the baseline would be.

Actually feeling very good there, skin is a tad oily but otherwise good.

I popped half an adex after they pulled bloods which would bring it back in line ❤️

hows training volume?
Volume is probably relatively low compared to others.
I don't post sets and reps and weights because I think it's very individual.

But I train Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest every week.

Each workout is some stretching/rehab and warmup/feeler sets, then typically 6 exercises, 2 hard working sets of each. Reps varies between 8-20 depending on the exercise.


Very big change from in the past which mightve been closer to 8 exercises with 4 sets of each.

Coach has increased carbs to 300,and PEDs to 300t/150 mast.

Feeling fantastic and weight is creeping up. Almost 90kg again but with abs this time.

Only negative is some grubby chest acne which we've added some vitamin e to hopefully address.

Strength and training intensity noticeably improved.
Anyway - random food pic - steak sandwich with some hash browns to make up carbs

Checkin with coach, he bumped test to 350/week (courtesy of @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and mast p to 250/week.

Health is looking good, but this is more gear than I was planning to run so if things start going negative I won't hesitate to out the brakes on.

Have lost a little bit of definition but pretty happy with where I'm at.

Unfortunately I've got a bit of a cold - dosed up on pseudo at the moment but I'll see how I'm feeling in the morning. Might have to skip training for the first day in months tomorrow.

No issues with the nipples at all. Never had an issue with gyno, maybe just lighting.

And yeah super dosing vitamin c among other things. It's nothing major, I still hit legs this morn

sometimes sickness can be good @CL1 it helps your body come back more fresh. so don't look at it as a bad thing always
