i am 160lb naturally lean. my goal is to get to 170lb and trying to stay pretty lean. i plan to eat around 3500 cals a day and 300 grams protein. 300 EQ week for 8 weeks clomid after.
here are the splits i am considering:
sun- chest
mon- legs
tues- off
wed- arms
thur- off
fri- back shoulders
sun- upper body, one compound exercise per bodypart
mon- legs
tues off
wed off
thur- repeat sunday
fri- repeat monday
sat- off
sun, tues, thur full body blast, one compound exercise per bodpart
sun- chest arms
mon- legs
tues- off
wed- back shoulders
thur- off
fri- chest arms
sun - push exercises
mon- legs
tues- off
wed- pull exercises
thur- off
fri- push
sat- off
following week same except pull twice and push once.
what do u guys think? i am pretty advanced to be so small. know alot about training and diet due to roaming these boards for quite some time.
thinking about doing only compound exercises, but dont want to waste this cycle. not sure how frequent i should train while on either? suggestions?
