--> The PCDAAS is based on the amino acid profile of the source as required by human beings adjusted for digestability. It is the generally accepted measure of protein quality in humans. It's much more than bioavailability, it's primary basis is amino acid ratios with an adjustment for bioavailability. The only legitimate criticism is that a score above 1.00 is not recognized based on compensatory EAA's present in very high quality protein sources.
