i had a broken handfor a while, it's all good now and im good to go for working out.. i got a bench and a doorway chin up bar.. and im hoping to get a squat rack and something like an olympic weight set soon too. so what should i do? this is what i have been doing this week, but i only have 80lbs of weight its not enough but this is what i have done so far
Monday (Chest, Tris, Shoulders)
Bench press
Military press
Dips
Close grip bench
Wednesday (back bis)
deadlifts
pullups
preacher curls
Friday: (IDK? Maybe legs, and a bit of chest tris too?)
havent done friday yet?
any advice? how does that look? what can i work on? i'm not looking to get super serious about this anymore, I just wanna work out and get big but I don't wanna do a serious routine like a 5x5
