Female on cycle

My gf has been working out for over a year. She's 5'11" 138lbs, body fat approx 16%. Just this last month she went on a clenbutural cycle (2wks on 2wks off, and on the off weeks she used Xenadrine). She got good results, however, she wants to bump it up a notch ... maybe run some T3 or something similar.
Can someone on here please recommend a serious fat burning muscle toning cycle that will help her get in great shape? Thanks in advance!

What's with all the people asking about T3 lately???

Umm...5'11" and 138 lbs.? Isn't that a little underweight? Can you post her diet and an example of her workout?

I'd advise you not to give your girl T3 just yet. 5'11" at 138lbs is a bit on the light side to be using T3. If she had success with clen before why not use it again. Also is she looking to use any kind of anabolics? I personally don't consider a year long enough to justify using anabolic steroids just yet...

No kidding...are you sure the height is right? At that height, she would be rail thin at 138 pds !

Was posting the same time as Daeo.... :)

LOL. I think she needs to go on a SEEFOOD diet...

ps...We're not trying to jump all over you Onebadmofo. But we've all been around the block a few times and can tell when someone should or shouldn't be doing something. In my opinon she should concentrate on her diet and workout routine first before heading to more "serious" drugs...

T3 is the last thing your girl needs!!!! 138 for 5'8 is quite low..I am 5'10 and weigh 158! She would see a drop in bodyfat with the more lean muscle she gets on her bod...how does she do this?? Not by clen or T3...By eating 6 times a day..CLEAN..and lifting heavy as hell! WHat is her diet like now? Do a search on T3 been talked about several times and it is not a good solution for your girl at all...The more she lifts and if she eats a clean diet, she will notice a decrease in her bodyfat.which is the important thing..not her weight..Keep her away from the fatburners and the cardio room..and keep her where the IRON is:)

What would be a good androbolic cycle for my gf. She wants to cut some body fat (butt/thighs) and get definition. If t3/clen is not a good way to go, can someone please suggest a good cycle. She wants something that she will 'feel' (mental edge). Thanks for your help!

Never taken any before, but from what I have read, anavar might be worth a try AFTER she has truely hit it hard with her nutrition and weight training. She's only been at it for a year though, that may not be enough time to make mistakes and learn from it.

She's 21, and she has been working out off and on since she was 18 (solid for a year). She's just having trouble losing that last bit of fat on her butt/thighs ... not only that, she wants better definition and something to give her the mental edge. Would anavar accomplish this? If so, what is the best way to use it?

* I don't want to put her on something that will make her look like a man =)

She is young to be getting into cycles if she is not interested in competing. Additionally she doesn't sound like she has the training & diet part down enough to make the whole thing worth the money. She does need to understand that the fat around hips & thighs tends to be estrogen-related and is hard to get rid of. Anavar will not make her look like a man but it will make her hard and build up some muscle. It isn't a "fat reducer". Frankly she could even experience some bloat from it and be even more frustrated - as she seems to be looking for a "quick fix".

I think she will get much out of an adjustment to her diet & training. This will be better for her in the long run. And as the other girls said, Her height and weight make her sound like she is probably on the thin side anyway - if she builds her muscle up, the body fat will decrease.

Can u post her diet & training regimen? This will give a place to start.
