Salmon bowl with protein rice, green kale edamane and sriracha mayo 🌶️🌶️

@Leopardsocks I think I mentioned this before.

The reason you're gaining weight is because your diet is high protein but no fats. You need to have higher healthy omega 3 fats in your diet if you want to balance out.

Also like protein pudding? what are the nutrition facts ont hat?

Salmon bowl how much salmon are we talking about?

This seems way below your BMR-10%
Can you give me an example of what you mean i should eat in a day?

If you are trying to lose weight. You need to to keep protein high with carbs and fat on the lower end.

That's fine @Leopardsocks but I was more looking into the nutrition facts like ingredients, you want to stay away from artificial sweetners etc they cause digestive issues.

Also, do you take the following?
probiotics
digestive enzymes
psyllium husk fiber
mushrooms like lions mane
