taking in about 4000 calories a day. diet:
breakfast: shake with 42g whey isolate, 5g creatine mono, 1 banana, 2 tbsp Peanut butter, 1 cup oats (total cals: 800)
2-3 hours later: either roast beef or grilled chicken hero from subway on 9 grain roll with lettuce cucumbers green peppers onions and small amount of light mayo (total cals: somewhere around 700-800)
2-3 hours later: same as breakfast with glutamine instead of creatine
2-3 hours later: lean meat(either grilled chicken or steak) and 2 servings brown rice (total cals: 700-800) and usually try to add a green vegetable
2-3 hours later: same as breakfast with no creatine or glutamine
2-3 hours later: same as dinner but try to use different meat (if i had chicken for dinner ill eat steak at this meal or vice versa)
I usually go to the gym after meal 1 or 2. im on test 400 at 700 mg weekly. what im trying to figure out is- even though im eating very clean, am i still going to gain a lot of fat since im taking in so many excess calories? i want to bulk up without gaining much fat and i know thats a very slow process if done naturally but since im on Test is it possible for me to gain a lot of lean weight fast? without gaining a lot of fat
