Eating before sleep while trying to lose bf%

Although im trying to keep muscle while losing bf% Is it chill if I have a Small cup of cottage cheese and a few walnuts before sleep ? Or a shake of whey/casein will do me more justice? I'd rather do the actual food but I know the nuts do have fat in them along with cottage cheese even tho my girl gets the lower % stuff im assumin
 
Will do tommorow, just ate half a cup of cottage cheese with somt hot sauce. It hurt soooooooooooooooo good hahahaa nah but it was like 15 g protein and 2% low fat blah blah so I think itll even out
 
actual egg whites or egg protein powder in water

slow absorbing, low calories and will keep you anabolic
 
good lookin swole, I felt pretty good this morning after the cottage cheese last night. no bloat or anything I'm gonna try like 2-3 eggwhites tonight and see whats good with that.
 
Im a big guy and i have tried to eat 4-5 meals a day but at night i HAVE to eat well, is that bad if i want to lose bodyfat? i eat meat, or something high on protein with my whey shake, omega and joint support.

I also eat a little snack because hunger wakes me up everytime, so yea sometimes i eat some oatmeal in the middle of the night.

Is this bad?.
 
whey+egg whites + natty peanut butter - the fats will fill you up a lot more than carbs> try and avoid carbs in the evening, but if you gotta eat some low GI stuff like oats is the best
