I work a DuPont rotating 12 hours shift sched.
4 nights, 3 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 7 off, various overtime days/nights worked in.
I'm currently following the workout routine 2on 1off. I eat about 6 times a day, less on nights. Each meal is about the same. Chicken/fish, brrice/swtpot/green vegg. Water only.
I don't count, I just portion by measurement to hand.
Looking for anyone with a similar sched for help/ideas. Or some advise if you had the same sched. Thanks in advance.
