Hey guys just wondering if some of you guys do this as well. I drink about 3 litres of skim milk a day. I normally drink one early in the morning and then one after training. The skim milk has like 50g of carbs and 35 g of protein per litre. Gotta love milk...
Just as a sidenote...on third day of cycle...cyp 800mg and 30mg dianabol and for first 3 weeks. I'll tell you guys how the results show up as they come.
