Drinking skim milk as a meal...

Hey guys just wondering if some of you guys do this as well. I drink about 3 litres of skim milk a day. I normally drink one early in the morning and then one after training. The skim milk has like 50g of carbs and 35 g of protein per litre. Gotta love milk...

Just as a sidenote...on third day of cycle...cyp 800mg and 30mg dianabol and for first 3 weeks. I'll tell you guys how the results show up as they come.

the general conclusion was that milk is a good thing, war is a bad thing. People should love and respect each other. Though shalt not kill. Some people did all this, whilst consuming 8pts of milk a day. All rated it. You can mix your protein shakes in it. It is a good thing.
 
heard milk is good for bulking but not so good for cuts, cause of the lactose in it

Adaptek, you're just pissed off because you used to drink milk by the mouthful. Straight from the goat, mind you. Then you found out it was a male.... so you lost your taste for milk.

I drink a gallon of milk a day. Look at my pics, and tell me milk makes me look like shit.

milk...good for bulking...milk...not so hot for cutting (lactose sugar)

But Tom Green sucks it straight from the cow and skinny as a mo fo, so don't suck the cow:)

I had good success with drinking 3 glass of skim milk with each glass adding 3 spoonfulls of dehydrated skim milk, and doing that 3 times a day...Lot's of Calories
 
I drink a half gallon everyday for breakfast. I like to get some last minute sleep in and stop off to get the liquid breakfast. I feel that it does good because it is all liquid carbs and protein and gets into my system pretty well. Lately I have switched to protein and milk though......I will be going back in the future. I like milk!
