Anyone read any of his books? Thoughts on his suggestions for general health/bodybuilding? I read Optimum Sports Nutrition years ago but haven't read much of his stuff since. 5-10 grams of Vitamin C a day as suggested and I haven't had a sniffle in 10 years. LOL. Could be just a placebo effect or one of the other vitamins/herbs I take. Saw a few of his other books at the store the other day but didn't buy them yet. "The New Power Program: Protocols for Maximum Strength" was one of them.
