Can you elaborate? I am not lactose intolerant, so no indigestion...but what causes the bloating? Also I know there are sugars in milk, but it can't have nearly as much glucose-conversion as a simple carb, right? I just want to clear this up, as I have been using a lot of 1% during my current bulker with my protein shakes (although I do use 2tbsp natural peanut butter with each one
