Does anyone have any ideas on how to get more food in while bulking?

Great advice has been given so far (except for UA_Iron). Basically, it boils down to nutrient density - you want to go with foods that provide the most clean calories in the least physical space (so that you can fit more into your stomach at any given meal). Natural peanut butter is the greatest example of this. Milk + natty pb + oatmeal + whey shake can go a long way towards providing a lot of calories.

I think intravenously might be your best bet. Fill a bag with a dozen or so egg whites and hook yourself up at nighttime.

WTF are you talking about; next time you bust out with this smart ass commentary I'll delete all your posts. That's NOT funny at all, for some kids on the board might take it serious - no matter how ludicrous it sounds.

If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all...

sorry about that post, I will keep comments like that to myself from now on.

You can try adding Flax or Olive Oil to each meal for added calories. I know DoggCrap recommends this and his guys have received AWESOME results!! I used this myself 2-3 years ago while trying to add size and it worked GREAT.

wouldn't that be too many fats per day?

That's about what you're doing already w/ the diet I edited before (top), so it would be a bit much adding the fats on top of the Peanut butter etc...that I recommended, but I think what was being said by TR is that you can use flax or olive instead of the peanut butter.

Mr. X, curious why you don't advocate use of lowfat milk during a bulk phase, I use it quite often to pack in much needed cals and protein...
