not bad but check this story out..
I used to have a weak blood vessel in my nose that would always start bleeding for no reason. One day I was trainin at my school gym, havin a killer workout and after my second rep on the preacher curl my noses starts pissin blood. I didnt want to stop in the middle of my set so I just kept curlin away. Needless to say there was blood all over the pads and a nice size pool on the floor. People were lookin at me like Im some sorta crack addict.
But it was all good:D
 
Happend to me as well. However...it was someone elses weights that rolled under the area I was lifting at. With blood literally squirting from my left index finger I went over to the guy that had left the dumbells there, held up my finger to him and said "Thanks asshole!"

That happened 10yrs ago and it still pisses me off!...

i got the worst story...a few years back...you probably already know where it is going. i was doing standing dumbell lateral raises, and each rep i did, i brought them down, making contact with a clank at the bottom. well, one rep, mr. happy was out just a bit too far, and there was no familiar clank at the bottom, just two dumbells smashing the shit out of my dick. took about 10 seconds for the pain to kick in. then just sharp burning like all hell. had a black and blue dick head for about a week, but it got better, and there was no permanant damage.
 
Damn this is fuckin' good reading after havin' been working all nighth very funny..........just try it when you are a bit overtired, its a laugh especially the last one daaaaaaaamn, call it dumbell dick :-)

I can't stand when people leave weights all over the floor because they're too lazy to put them in the racks and get another weight. It would not kill you to wait another 20 seconds to switch weights.[\QUOTE]



Whatever dude. It has nothing to do with being lazy. I don't know about your gym, but in most gyms when you re rack the weight it means that you are done with them. Also, in my gym I would have to walk about 30 feet to put them back. We are talking about 100+ pound dumbbells here, which I would just be getting again in a minute. When you are trying to do compound sets with short intervals using the same weights it would be pretty fucking stupid to re rack the weights. And as far a me deserving it, I wouldn't wish that to happen to my enemy, but it takes all kinds I guess.

As for the rest of the CONTRIBUTORS, I am feeling MUCH better after hearing some of your War stories! LMFAO!!!:D :D :D

Anyway, I was pressing with 100 lb dumbbells and I brought them down very quickly to the floor after my last rep and SMASHED THE SHIT OUT OF MY FINGER between the dumbbell I was holding and one on the floor!


I saw this happen to somebody else and he fucked up his finger pretty good too. This brings back some memories. Great I am feeling sick thinking about the image. :sick: Damn, why did I have to see it? Note to self, "WARN PEOPLE OF THIS."
 
yeah,I almost did the same thing with 100lbs. dumbells.I wondered what would of happened had I smashed my finger.Now I know.Thanks bro,I'm gonna definately turn the safety up a notch.
