need some advice on best approach to take from here. im 225lbs 12%
have been dieting 10 weeks now low carb approach (60g a day) starting at 252lbs
have ran dnp for 3 first 3 weeks
felt flat so went with the carb cycling approach last 2 weeks but not sure if its for me i feel full again but have not lost any more fat
goal is to get 8% in next 6 weeks
im on test 400g / tren a 300g / eq 800mg and anavar 100mg
shall i go back to keto or continue with carb cycling and just lower my carbs ? maybe another small run of dnp
macros at the moment are 3100 cal / 350g pr/ 10g-330g carbs cycled/40g-170g fat cycled
