How do you diet in order to flush this gross water that hides your abs WHILE KEEPING the water elsewhere so that your muscles still look full? HELP!!!
Here's my diet:
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal
fat-free yogurt
1 scoop why isolate
banana
TRAINING
Snack - lean body MRP "for her" (10g carbs; 30g protein)
grapefruit
1/2 cup oatmeal
Lunch - 1 can of tuna
1/2 cup rice
1 tbsp olive oil
piece of fruit
Snack - 1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
Dinner - 6 oz chicken with veggies and flaxseed oil
So... to much carbs? I'm training 5-6 days a week, weight 132 lbs, 5'7", bf around 13%.
