Try doing a back bridge stretch, old wrestler stretch. Lay on the floor on your back. both feet on the floor, raise your back and place hand next to your ears raise shoulders and upper back off floor attempt to touch the floor with your forehead. Stabilise yourself with your hands and hold for 15 -20 seconds. Work it so you can hold up to 3-5 mins. or however long. Can almost touch my nose to the floor now for about 3 songs depending on length of song.
