I've been following the DC training routine for the past 3 weeks and absoutley loving it! Although, doing the 3x a week seems not enough for me since I'm a college student with plenty of time, and my calorie intake is insanely high for my weight.
I've read the first 9 pages of DC training thread--- I ain't gonna read all 40 pages to find a simple answer.
My question is, Is there a 4x a week DC training Routine?
I am glad you like the routine.
The closest you can get to training 4 days a week is by following this routine:
WEEK1
Day 1 - ON (chest, delts, triceps, back w., back t.)
Day 2 - OFF
Day 3 - ON (biceps, forearms, calves, hams, quads)
Day 4 - OFF
Day 5 - ON (chest, delts, triceps, back w., back t.)
Day 6 - OFF
Day 7 - ON (biceps, forearms, calves, hams, quads)
WEEK2
Day 1 - OFF
Day 2 - ON (chest, delts, triceps, back w., back t.)
Day 3 - OFF
Day 4 - ON (biceps, forearms, calves, hams, quads)
Day 5 - OFF
Day 6 - ON (chest, delts, triceps, back w., back t.)
Day 7 - OFF
WEEK3
Day 1 - ON (biceps, forearms, calves, hams, quads)
Day 2 - OFF
Day 3 - ON (chest, delts, triceps, back w., back t.)
Day 4 - OFF
Day 5 - ON (biceps, forearms, calves, hams, quads)
Day 6 - OFF
Day 7 - ON (chest, delts, triceps, back w., back t.)
Basically you train every other day.
However, always and I mean always include a rest day after a training day. Try this and you should be fine!
