squatting again has obviously made a huge difference on my deadlift, before i started the madcow 5x5 i had pulled 620 @ about 201lbs. ive gained 9 lbs from this cycle and my deadlift has taken off. wish i brought the camera tonight. Didnt bring it cause i felt like crap, funny how those are the days you go and are stronger than ever.
