critique my diet...

21 years old..5 foot 8 188 lbs..I got some mass but I really want to cut up and get the v shape to my body..I need to start that ketosis thing but anyways heres my what i eat mon-thursday

4:45 am--3 packets of instant oatmeal with two pieces of toast

8:00 am--one peanut butter and jelly sandwich no wheat bread

9:00 am--one peanut butter and jelly sandwich no wheat bread


11:00 am--one yoplait yogurt--1.5grams of fat, 5 grams of protein
and 35grams of carbs! and a small cup of apple sauce
not sure on what it has

12:00 p.m.--i mix about two cups of rice, with one cutup chicken
breast with about a tablespoon of cream of chicken
with some chopped up veges..its good- and a protein
shake

2:00 p.m.--one fruit cup--0 fat, 0 protein, 15grams of carbs!

3:00 p.m.--creatine

5:00 p.m.-- go to the gym--10 minutes of cardio

7:00 p.m--eat a chicken breast

you're eating too much sugars & not enough protien...that's the biggest problem w/you diet for cutting. I'm the same height as you & weight 165 very lean. Here's an example of my average intake of food......

Breakfast: 8-12 egg whites & 1 toasted beagle w/NATURAL peanut butter...

Snack: protein shake w/1g gludamine & 3 bcaa pills

Lunch: 2.5 boneless, skinless chicken brst, garden saled w/a little pasta for carbs

Snack: protein shake w/1g gludamine & 3 bcaa pills

Dinner: 2 lean turkey burgers on whole grain toast & garden salad

train.....protein, gludamine & bcaa's after

b4 bed: doble serving protien shake

I hope that helps a little. Also, do @ least 30 mins of cardio 4-5 days a week. The best time to do it is 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach...eat breakfast after that. If you really want oatmeal for breakfast, use plain instant oats & add a scoop of your favorite flavor protein powder. Also take vitamins becuse you're on a restrictedd diet & it'll make sure you're getting all the good stuff. Creatine makes you retain water so stop using it when you're cutting. Take a thermogenic..I recomend Hydroxy cut, or if you can handle it, Liquid Clenbutrx. That stuff works great! Are you wight training too, or just 10 mins of cardio?

protein, gludamine & bcaa's after --what are bcaa's.....I kind of figured I was getting too many carbs and sugars..I have to work at 530 am so going to the gym in the morning is not an option, but im working up to running 30 minutes 4 days a week...plain oatmeal with protein powder..is that good..ill try it tommorrow I guess..

oh yah..the protein & oatmeal.....I do it on days I dont have my bagel & peanut butter....I use the vanilla flavor from Human Development TEchnologys...its the best tasting to me

Tip: cook the oatmeal 1st...mix the protiein w/warm water until it's thick & pasty, then mix the two togeter...
 
I usally take BCAA Plus from Prolabs, but the last time I went to Musclemag, I picked up BCAA from Ultimate Nuitrition just to try something different. They're both good though.
