Cravings

Im starting IF and was curious what you guys,not only for IF but dieting/cutting in general, do for cravings. Ive found most mine come in the afternoon, 3pm and later. Willpower or certain foods? I dont crave sweets, it seems to be carbs more than anything.

Hi tiny

Depending on your goals and approach, you could do a few things. Personally, I'd either drink a large glass of water every time I felt the need for something, or if it is a craving for specifically carbs, I'd probably get munching on a carrot, celery, or a pepper. Something with low calorie content, high nutrient value, but enough fibre to leave me feeling like I've eaten something.

I diet on low carbs so i have a spoon of peanut butter, other a few small wedges of cantaloupe seems to help.
