started my cycle 3 days ago and the cramping from the winny and clen is starting to bug me! If I cross my arms I can feel my chest stretch with a small cramp. Just as of an hour ago my left hamstring is all of a sudden tight and feels like I'm stretching it to far when I stand up! I've been drinking lots of water and taking my taurine and potassium......any other ideas???

I agreed on the magnesium. A common cause of muscle cramps is a magnesium deficiency.

Make sure you take the potassium with food. Taken alone, it can actually increase potassium loss. When I need additional potassium, I season my food with No Salt (potassium chloride).

Thanks bros! I'm going to get more magnessium. Karma for all :)

Hammer Nutrition makes a totally A+ product called "Endurolytes" that is a tested, balanced electrolyte replacement/enhancement supp.

DO NOT fuck around with just popping diffent 'lytes, you MUST use them in the proper proportions or you are going to fuck yourself without dinner or a movie. Cramps might not just be a symptom of to little of one or another 'lyte, but rather an imbalance.

cheers,

Nice post and I have a question that relates directly.

I also have just started a cycle of the winny, clen, and primo stack. So supplements I should be taking are taurine, potassium, and magnesium? I have to experienced cramping in the gym with the clen and winstrol.

Thanks bros

Don't forget calcium :) I got magnesium today, so I'll see if that helps. I've started going back to drinking gatorade during my workout to help with any cramping.
