Taurine 3 to 6 grams a day
Magnesium 1 to 2 grams
potassium not needed unless taking a diuretic up to 1 gram per a day.
Calcium also not needed for clen cramping 2 to 3 grams if you get the calcium from natural milk sources it aids in fat loss, cal supps do not.
Clen cramps?? Cramps are most likely the result of minerological imbalances. Sodium depletion WILL cause cramps and the high gear clen purs the body into WILL deplete minerals INCLUDING sodium. Curious how do you treat T3 cramps?

In retrospect when i remember him giving them to us, they did help but today i could acknowledge the uselessnes as most SPORT drinks contain sodium strenuous activity. It is possible to lose a lot of Na during heavy exercise and to need Na replacement. This may or may not help the poster but is a valid point.

Thats all i meant to express. I HAVE had sodium depletion and it can rapidy occur as well as most other minerals. Im just about what the facts can be bro and simply wanted to add an often forgotten element that works for or against us every dat.
