Weight has decreased this week to 
104.9 kg. Have flattened off a bit but it is to be expected.
Changes this week coming: no changes to food or cardio. Increased clen to 60 mcg a day, increased GH to 8 ius a day and have introduced Tren ace.
Current PED Protocol:
- Test E: 440 mg/week
 
- Primo E: 840 mg/week
 
- GH: 8 IU/day
 
- Rapid Insulin: 5 IU pre workout
 
- Anadrol 50 mg on leg days.
 
- Clen 60 mcg a day
