bathroom reno has been kicking my ass didn't realize I haven't posted for a week, so I need to make up for that!!
new low of 97.7kg Saturday and nearing the end of this cut i assume this has to be the last week otherwise i may as well get on stage hahah
been stocked up for a while thanks to the raptor team @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep but probably not far off putting an order in which is always an exciting time!!
considering how lean I'm getting hunger hasn't been the biggest issue I'm thinking of taking up that offer of reta from @Raptor Rep to see what it does for my bloods as I've seen some great results from people running it.
I'm keen to go into a build phase and try pack on as much size as I can ready for September shows!!
feeling flat but still getting decent pumps in the gym which I've been loving, really keen to see what some extra food and energy can do to my physique.
Shoulders/arms
Side lateral raises 4 x 12-15
Shoulder press (any) 4 x 8-10
Rear delts 4 x 12-15
Side lateral variation 4 x 10-12
Tricep pushdown 4 x 10-12
Bicep curls 4 x 10-12
Overhead extension 4 x 12-15
Hammer curl 4 x 12-15
This will be today's workout and super keen to get in after a rest day yesterday.
starting to really feel the crunch of this diet now hunger is creeping in and I'm getting leaner so this weekend could be more food unless he wants to push for more condition but I don't really see the point as I'm not stepping on stage and my body is in a great place to start a rebound but he'll be the judge of that.
while training performance is still reasonable, he might want to push me a bit harder but as the weeks go on the worse it'll get so I think he'll make the right call.
super excited to start the new year off with a bang and see what progress can be made!!
