another decent check in with no changes needed so things are still trending in the right direction
102.7kg Wednesday and yesterday up to 103.2kg so I'm nearly up 8kg from my lowest weight a few weeks ago at the end of my cut and condition is still in a pretty good spot for how rapid the weight gain has been.
obviously a little softer in areas but all in all still in decent shape which I'm happy with and now the trick is to keep going in this direction until it's time to prep for September and I'm super keen for that!!
Training legs twice a week and having a dedicated arm day I feel is going to make my physique that much better as well I feel like I'm already noticing some changes.
