dude. that is so unproportional. his legs would be tree trunks and his chest a twig. and age has nothing to do with performance in the gym ...

I was thinking the same thing...because his bench should be much higher than 190 to be proportional.
 
At 18 I had done the following:
220lbs
Squat: 405 x 8 reps (to the floor)
Deadlift: near 500 with straps, belt, and stepping it back from the rack
Bench Press: 225 x 3

At a young age...it is common for the bench press to lag behind the others...greatly.

You are weak and you bench 285. How much do the 'strong' kids at your gym bench??

I can assume that we are talking reasonable form here right?? Thats all of the way down, no bounce, and press it back up??

He will play football. BF around 15%. He curls 90lb with proper form with a straight barbell.(6-8 times) Also likes power cleans (only brings it to the neck, no shoulder press) 155X10. Calf raises with 190 down, and up full.

190 with calf raises? that doesn't make any sense to me. his legs are seemingly very strong, and his calves are that weak? not trying to show off, but i do calf raises with 440 and to be honest, i don't think i can squat what your cousin squats, even though i never tried my max. but if those numbers are accurate and with good form, they're still impressive (the numbers for the squat and deadlift), especially for a 16 y/o
 
I was joking about the "I'd like to meet him", I was just saying that I would want to see what he looked like because his numbers did seem a bit out of proportion. But as someone else said it is not uncommon for things to be unbalanced at a young age. As for powerlifting, if he is 15 % bodyfat and doing those kind of numbers then he could def. diet and compete. I think he would place pretty well and if he trained right probably total around 1100 pounds which is really good if he can get his weight down to 150 or so(I dont remember the weight classes but I know for one league it was 148 and the next one up was about 160/165(so your cousin could just try and lose some fat and then gain a little muscle if he isnt into losing a lot of weight since he plays football)...he'd prob win any local meets. That is good that he is doing cleans, he could go lower than 10 reps but that is really good to be doing your bodyweight for 10. This kid does seem to be strong in odd areas...I mean a lot of kids think they should base their routines around curls but to be doing 90x7 strict and only benching 190 is a bit odd, maybe he should focus a little more on triceps work. I dont know what his split is like but he may want to change a couple things around. I was just wondering how tall he was, so I will check out that website when they put everything up there if I remember.
 
Yeah, this guy is kinda strong in some areas then others. He tells me after he finishes a set of squats, the reason he stopped is because his back was burning and hurting, but legs werent failing at all. I tried to find a record for 14-16 y/o in squats, but I couldnt find any. THanks for all the comments, im kinda baffled still lol.
