SO I took the ENTIRE day off from the gym yesterday!! I know this is a weird accomplishment... AND OMG kay so at work yesterday I am wearing a pair of pants that only about a month ago fit me PERFECT.. They felt a little loose but whatever I didn't have time to go diggin through my old clothes... As I am helping someone put something kinda heavy in the back of a car... MY PANTS FELL DOWN!! At least it was another girl and we had a chukkle about it... but it was one of the ladies that doesn't like me if you have read my other post and the questions started... oh well... I am actually proud of myself.. This morning I brought out a pair of pants that have not seen the light of day in YEARS. And they fit PERFECT!! woo hoo I can't wait to do my measurements tomorrow...

a little sad tonight the lady that I take care of is STILL in the hospital.. I went and visited her today and she looks horrible!! she is a VERY strong willed lady and doesn't like to tell me when she feels bad... I spoke to the nurses and they told me that the fluid that was in her lungs has now spread to her heart... so they might have to drain it out. I feel like I should contact her family but I dont have any of there numbers. One of the first things she asked me to bring her was her address book... And I know she wont call them because she does not want to worry anyone... I want to help so badly but there really isn't anything I can do... THIS SUCKS!!! Well hopefully I will have some fun dreams tonights.. sweet dreams everyone...

I want to say this to the newbies reading my POST... PLEASE DON'T try to follow my program!!! I have been weight training since I was 14 and also been VERY active in all sorts of sports all my life... this progression is YEARS in the making!! I do not recommend that anyone take ANY steroids or anything of that sort unless you also have YEARS of experience and either know a LOT about them or have a LOT of guidance!! My diet is an EXTREME cutting diet and I also do not recommend it to ANYONE!! I had a eating disorder for years and I am not able to digest REAL food properly so you will see that I drink a lot of my meals and I do not recommend that for healthy normal people at all.. SHADOW is the EXPERT in the diet area and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you follow what he says!!!

I has taken me a long time to realize something… This I really have only put into effect this past year… I believe that your state of happiness is a chosen mindset… You either choose to be happy or choose to be miserable.. For a long time I chose to be sad… I realize that now…

Life as we know it is VERY hard but I believe that it is the true test of a persons character to see how they deal with stress…

In my life of work I see all the time the importance to being a peace with yourself, because tomorrow may not come.

I had an interesting childhood but I thank God for it as often as possible because now I am able to find the joy in the little things that I used to ignore…

So right now my focus and number 1 priority is to get into shape. So to see myself getting closer everyday to that goal excites me!! Of course everyone needs long-term goals but you should be able to see yourself progressing everyday towards them… And if you are you should be at peace, and happy…

Today I had such a wonderful day, training is on point and I had SO MUCH energy… I LOVE MEDIATION!!! I got my nails done and spent some time at the beach… SO RELAXING…

Okay people I need some help… I noticed my voice sweaking today so I am going to go off cycle for a while… My chest is feeling a bit heavy so I may be getting sick but nonetheless I think it best to come off…

Okay so I started 10 mg var in the beginning of march.. And added in 100 mg of primo per week at the end of march..

I have lost a total of 9 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of lean mass.

I stopped the var on Monday and had my last shot of primo on Monday..

Kay its official I am sick… at the gym tonight my energy went from like 60 to 0 in 5 minutes and then I couldn’t swallow… so I am starting a heavy dose of vit c and Echinacea.. At least I have caught it early so hopefully now it wont get full blown… I am PISSED!!! I was supposed to do a practice beach shoot tomorrow with my muscle mag connection and I just got off the phone with him and he thinks we should wait because it supposed to be cold tomorrow… DAMM IT!!! Just got my nails, hair and the whole bit done for NOTHING!!! Grrr…. And I also bought a new kick ass suit for it… oh well what can you do… I can’t believe this!!!

OMG okay so I am having the best day!! I was feeling like shit when I got to the gym and wasn't sure how I could get through my workout... I start lifting and I hear this OMG Courtney behind me... I turn around to see one of my old modeling friend that I haven't seen since before I went into rehab.. We hug get all excited and she says "girl what have you been doing, last time I saw you... well how do I say this but you didn't look well... You look incredible now!!!" so I kind of dropped of the planet when I went into the hospital last summer and really didn't tell peeps what happened to me... so anyways she is 6 months prego and looks wonderful so I am all happy for her... she brings me over to her man and he says something similar and then I explain the story... YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!!

THAT made my DAY!!! no actually MY YEAR!!!!!!

its funny how sometimes you think a simple compliment is just a nice thing to say but that just did it for me!! and she probably has no idea how good that made me feel... And to boot I just got a 10 dollar off birthday card from victoria's secret... WOO HOO!!! Like I need an excuse to shop there heehee....

OH I am sicker than a dog but I couldn't be happier right now.... I hope I can share some of my joy with all you wonderful gals!!!

so I look at the dreaded short drawer and think… “am I ready?” I have a MAJOR thing with my legs… Well I braved it and tried a pair on and went and looked in the mirror… I ACTUALLY SEE definition in my quads.. Holy cow I am so excited at this point..

My knees are bothering me a bit this morning from running on the pavement so I decided to go use the elliptical this morning… And I couldn't resist the urge to weight myself because I knew I had to be lighter… WOO HOO I was so excited I almost squealed on the scale… heehee

I will get my bf checked on moday I bet its under 17%…. Woo hoo everyone have a wonderful DAY!!!

AHEM ... Teacher Daisy has to interject. :) We do Cinco De Mayo in NV also. :) I have MANY Mexicans in my class. We did a whole unit on it.

Cinco de Mayo is not independence day - that is Sept 16th. Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of the anniversary of when the Mexicans defeated the French army in 1852. The French were trying to take over Mexico by force, and the Mexicans fought back.

Cinco de Mayo is not independence day - that is Sept 16th. Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of the anniversary of when the Mexicans defeated the French army in 1852. The French were trying to take over Mexico by force, and the Mexicans fought back.

going to start something today that silverback suggested...

today and tomorrow I am going to try to get close to 0 zero carbs to tighten up for my shoot... I am going to try to get in about 3 gallons of water today... tomorrow about 1.5 and then tuesday like 3/4 of gallon then just sip on wednesday... I will eat some carbs on tuesday for my first couple of meals to fill the muscles out, then wednesday maybe just a bit in the morning as well...

I know sounds nutty but going to try this out... the scale has been stuck at 136 all week so I am hoping this might move it as well... shadow?
 
I drank about 4 gallons of water yesterday so I have been pretty close to the washroom the past couple of day... today I am cutting that in half about 2 and I will try to have under 1 tomorrow.. pretty bloated but here are my measuremend I suppect that my lower abdomen would be smaller if I had not drank so much water

I am EXHAUSTED!!! this no carb thing SUCKS

BUt got my bf checked last night

16% weight is still 136 which not sure but I am bloated so that might be off

but that would mean I have 114 pounds of lean muscle.. meaning I have not lost any and only 22 pounds of fat... I AM SO HAPPY...

only 4% away from my goal.............. WOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Off now to do some cardio I am going to try to drink as little as possible of water today to try to suck everything in for my photoshoot tomorrow... Have a wonderful day ladies!!!!

I have been using it for about a week or so... its okay not sure if its made any difference other than giving me some extra energy...

I have also been taking potassium with each drink today to help suck out the water... I forgot to add that... I am just about fully dehydrated.. my pee is not quite yellow yellow so I know I am going at the right pace... tonight I am wrapping myself.. (legs and stomach) and I will do my cardio in the morning with the wrap on and sit in the sauna as long as I can... I am hoping to lose another pound of water by tomorrow we will see if I can do it... GOD I can't wait for my OATMEAL tomorrow morning!!!
