my ratios have been like this for 7 days now
60 % protein
30% carbs
10% fat
like 100 grams protein, 50 grams carbs, 6 grams of fat
I am just at the end of Mr. Fun Or aunt flow as some call it and today I am looking a little flat.. Do you think that is because of water from the end of the cycle or should I carb up tomorrow? was thinking about having oatmeal twice and not doing any activity other than work if I can stand it... Or should I just stick with the ratios I have been eating and just see how tomorrow is?
