Very true CC. Doing too much in a day is just about as bad as not doing enough - as far as results wise. Remember, results from weights come when RESTING, not while doing. If you don't allow the body to rest and repair, the results will stall and eventually stop.

Working out 2-3x a day is overkill IMHO.

but really I have been at it for well over a month and I just now am starting to see results so you know I can't thank you enough!! same goes out to everyone that has given me advice with everything!!

MY BODY IS FINELY CHANGING!!!!!! it so exciting you have no idea!! I actually saw my top 4 abs this morning.. I haven't seen those in years!! WOO HOO!! and other than being tired today I haven't felt this good either.. So thank you all....
