courtney you need to carb up twice a week..

im cuttin too right now, and was doin a 6 day super low carbs/1 day carb up.

but a few solid pros on this board suggested the 3 day low carbs/1 day carb up.
makes more sense.

swing that around for a bit...
 
a 40/30/30 will negate having to carb-up...thwn fat loss plateaus on theat then you simply move to a carb rotation phase to drop the remaining fat. Higher fat levels (25-35%) have been shown to have additional benefits to losing bodyfat than lower fat intakes

I think I REALLY like this carb up day.. Way to long between meal 2 and 3 but work was a little crazy this morning and wasn't able to stop..
 
I saw pics you posted and i was like wow! I think everyone on here is absolutely gorgous! How long has it took you overall to get into the shape your in?

wow to hear that is really nice right now... I dont think you read back in my log but I had surgery so was out for a while and I am not to happy with my body right now... But thank you.. The base is many years in the making.. I played a ton of sports growing up and competively figure skated, ran long distance, played on a rep traveling fastpitch team, and played for all the school teams... I started weight training when I was 14 and I will be 23 next month...

Maybe a sign that working out full speed 2-3x a day ISN'T a good idea? :verygood: :)

C - please note how you are training and even though it feels good, MAKE SURE you aren't overtraining. It will burn you out & shut you down so fast you won't know what hit. Revel in your recovery time as well!
 
And remember, results come when RESTING. If you do not give your body recovery time, you will not make progress. More is not better.
