I'm doing this for 2.5 weeks to lose some 4-5 pounds of fat before my cycle begins. Basically good protein (250), moderate fat (60) and pretty low carb (100).
I would appreciate any comments and suggestions.
I'm currently 192lbs, somewhere between 13% and 16% bf according to calipers, and I'm taking thermorexin, zip!, and using yohimburn.
Please any comments are welcome and karma to you!!!

Shit formatting didn't come out very nicely.

Anyway look at the totals (protein, carbs, fat, calories) and what do you think of the foods I chose.

Thanks again.

If you are trying to lose bodyfat, you might want to look into increasing your caloric intake a bit on the fat side. I would suggest on doing something like this:
Weight x 12 = 2304 cal per day (192x12)
50%protein/30%fat/20%carbs
288g protein per day
77g fat per day
100 g carbs per day, in your case, your ratios are close to that but the food types are not appropriate - especially the milk...

Also, 4-5lbs. of fat is not always possible in 2.5 weeks; it means that you'll have to lose about .3-.5lbs. of fat per day which is a lot

Thanks a lot Mr. X, your comments are greatly appreciated, I know you have a lot of background!

Why drop the milk? I don't care about water retention if that's the issue.

Is the BTW X 12 standard good considering I'm somwhere above 13% bf and below 16%?

BTW, I know I'm being pretty ambitious with my 4-5lbs goal in 2.5 weeks, but I'm not as worried as I would normally be about losing some muscle because I'm starting my cycle in 2.5 weeks so muscle memory should bring that muscle back asap right?

And, I'm 20 ys old. (Shit my hands are shaking, probably from the 2 t-rex I had this morning)

I think you'll be fine, try it for 2 weeks, if it doesn't workout to your specific bodytype we can always go down - think of it this way, easier to go down then up...if 2.5weeks is all you have then you can go w/ weight x 10

The muscle will only come back if you train hard and eat right, muscle memory is really not an issue

if milk causes bloating and indigestion, will it go the same for cottage cheese? because i eat about 2 servings of it everyday

I would think cottage cheese would be close, but some is processed and not nearly as bad as milk. My advice is to stay away from straight dairy products like milk, and you can judge if you're getting better/worse results - from there we can work on your diet to see if it needs changes.

try the dry curd cottage cheese
comes in bag not a tub
it is not backed in unprocessed whey
cottage cheese is okay since it is partially digested
hard cheeses are better, parm, cheddar, swiss, ghetost or try string cheese..........lo fat mozzarella

Mr. X, do you advocate milk for bulking at all? I noticed i'm extremely bloated from milk but it seems to get my calorie intake up, mostly in my protein shakes.

I am never an advocate of milk in ANY situations; I would suggest you drop the milk, for the bloating and indigestion is not worth it.
