College diet

Alright guys... Basically on tuesdays and thursdays i have school all day meaning i wake up at 6:30 get on train at 8:00am and dont get off the train til 9:45pm where i then go to the gym...

This is what i currently do
Breakfast: 7:00-7:20am
2 sometimes 3 eggs
2 packages of oatmeal
16oz 1% milk
multivitiam

snack 9:40-10:00am
zone bar

around 11:30 am
2tablespoon peanut butter 1tbls jelly 2 whole wheat bread

around 1:30pm
whey isolate protein with 12oz milk
3slices of chicken(kind of thin coldcuts) 1 slice cheese whole wheat bread

snack around 3pm
serving of sun chips 12-15 chips usually

around 5pm
3 slices turkey 1 slice cheese 2 slices whole wheat bread

around 8:00pm
2tablespoon peanut butter 1tbls jelly 2 whole wheat bread

then gym after gym its usually around 11
so i have whey protein 12oz of milk or water i change it up every once and a while
and i usually have a small portion of what my mom cooked so example tonight 3 raviolis with olive oil and spinach

currently im on my 5th week of test e cycle 400mg a week i gain about 17 lbs some fat
so im looking just for critiques and what to do when pct starts and i wanna lose some fat im at about 10-12% bf
 
yea what are ur goals? eat more eggs in the mornings, ur not getting enough protien. u need to get some tupperware and bring leftovers like meat and carbs like brown rice or sweet potatoes for meals add throw some nuts into the container and u got urself a complete meal. u can even swap out the carbs for greens if ur goin lo-carb. Get wheat bread, avocado and some lean lunch meats and make up some sandwitches. u gota eat whole foods cant live on shakes and bars, one or 2 a day isnt gona kill u but its just not enough.
 
If you're trying to cut fat, you need to drop the JELLY and limit your carbs to the AM. Chips, Jelly, Pasta late at night...ALL terrible for losing fat. I see no fibrous green veggies. Protein does look low. AM fasted cardio will help as well...

yes goals are a must here. either way i have a few tips that may help. let us know. also this ravioli with spinach and olive oil? sounds interesting to make for the family. can you ill me in on how this is made?
 
Goals as of now are just putting as much muscle on as i can for the last four weeks of my cycle. then once i start pct i will beging to cut but maintain as much as i can.
Im just curious on what people just eat throughout the day...my girlfreind is actually going to school for nutrion and dietition so i have her opinion already. just wanna see what what diets you come guys cab coem up with.

Ravioli:To be honest my mom made it but from what she said was she made the ravs like you would normally then cooked the spinach mixed it with olive oil and some butter not alot of butter thogu h she knows i flip out. but overall i was surprised it was really good. Once i get home which should be sunday i can give you guys the exact recipe.

you might want to try substituting honey for jelly in your sandwiches. A member here named Iggy told me about this and even though it sounds very unconventional. it tastes great and is a much healthier substitute!

i just gave you a weak of platinum membership. you can search through the diet threads with this to get some ideas.

basically your battle is finding a way to eat on the go. here is a shake that is a cross between a meal and a shake. you can get a couple cups with screw on lids and a small canvas cooler to carry aroud with a couple in it.

1 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup mixed berries
1/2cup oats
2 whole raw eggs
1 scoop whey isolate protein powder

you have to try to get in 5-8 meals per day. if you go with 5 they will need to be big. other than that you can cook in bulk and make your own tv dinners. an example would be 1 and a half chicken breasts, 4 broccoli spears, 2 red skin potatos. make a sauce for the whole thing out of evoo, garlic, and crushed almond and put it all over the food before you freeze or refridgerate it.
