I'm not really concerned about what my weight is, just using that as sort of a gauge.
I don't know what my body type would be considered but I am a VERY small boned petite person, and not a very muscular build. So considering my measurements ... you can see there is DEFINITE room for improvement. I would like to know my body fat (i think
). But i'm sure it's quite high.
