Damn i just went to your thread on making it and its not too hard, thanks a lot bro, very nice of you to share few secrets like that. Good looking out.

What can I say, I like to eat? I've made 4 batches of that chili now and it is still damn good, I eat it at least 6 times a week. Be sure to get "lean, skinless, ground turkey breast" -- some pre-packed brands use the skin. Glad you guys like it.. I split it into 8 or 9 meals now and it is a helluva deal for the price. So much tastier than anything I can make with canned tuna.

I forget if I added it to the other thread, but if you're feeling crazy, add in 2 TBSP of unsweetened cocoa powder to the chili. Makes it darker, richer, and tasty. (I did see that post saying cocoa raises insulin, but its like 2/3 tsp per serving)

I'll see what else I can cook up for you guys that is easy to make and reheat.

I already made mention of this in a seperate thread but anywya..

canned mackerel. Find it in the tuna isle. Throw some ketchup on them. 70 cents a can. Something like 80 -100 grams of protein per can.
