Just wanted to say to the lads about there bulking diets during the offseason to keep it on the clean side and not go over the top.I have read so much on this from this board and others and it seems to me there is this idea that during the offseason you can eat and look how you want, if you believe that then go ahead and gorge yourselfs but at the end of the day its all got to come off ,all that fat you have aquired if its abs you want in the summer.I am not slagging of anyone i am just saying that keep it clean by all means put on 20lbs over your usual contest weight if you compete but keep the Macdonalds and KFCs for the weekend only and next year you wont be asking how to get rid of this tyre that has appeared and doing 3hrs aday of cardio.
