can someone break down my breakfat ?

Hi.

Sorry think this is the wrong board. But I will ask anyway.


My breakfast for the following 2 weeks has been:

3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats, and 3 oz. of meat
was just wondering if it's a good breakfast as far as cals, protein, carbs & such.

Does anyone know what my breakfast may total ?

buffchic- breakfast looks good.. but depends on your goal?
looks good for a cutting diet plan if you kept carbs low for the rest of the day
 
I second Fitday. It wil help you A LOT.

But overall, looks good to CUT, but not to gain muscle - for most people.
