Can alchohol knock you out of ketosis?

I think i would jsut try to limit alcohol consumption to one night per week, preferably a couple days before refeed. I would think that if you drank 6 beers, you outta give your body atleast 6 hours to burn it off, as Ive always heard the 1 hour per beer metabolising for deciding your blood alcohol count. Alcohol is typically the problem while dieting and if you can stay away totally it will be more fullfilling when you get to your weight you desire

if you consome lots and go to sleep (pass out) on a regular basis, have you noticed you wake up in the middle of the night usually 3-4 hours later???? that is when your system has returned to normal statis

Not always; it can float in your system if it can't be used for energy (bloodstream) for at least 8 hours.
