I think i would jsut try to limit alcohol consumption to one night per week, preferably a couple days before refeed. I would think that if you drank 6 beers, you outta give your body atleast 6 hours to burn it off, as Ive always heard the 1 hour per beer metabolising for deciding your blood alcohol count. Alcohol is typically the problem while dieting and if you can stay away totally it will be more fullfilling when you get to your weight you desire
