Yes, it will knock you out, but as long as all you've consumed has been just alcohol (not mixed with an excess of carbohydrates) your body will return to ketosis as soon as it has digested all of it.
Absolutely! When alcohol is introduced to the system, your body will focus on using it is enery. Any carbohydrates, or even protein (possibly) will be converted to storage.

I will kick you out of ketosis and you wont get back in until all the alcohol in your blood stream is out, can take a while - I would suggest against it.
