That is exactly why I post basically everything & anything ... I guess the purpose of my log .. not the same for you ?
To keep track of what you're eating, when you ate it, why? Maybe to see what was going on at the time you a "X" food? (i.e. Emotional frame of mind, cheat meal, Aunt was in town, Special Occasion, Photo Shoot, Meetup,some goal deadline, as well as to keep honest? etc )
Basically I post anything I put in my mouth & for the same reasons you do.
It's kind of funny to think that a year or so ago I didn't worry about what I ate nor did I track it in any way. I ate whenever I was hungry, sad, pissed, etc. etc. and now I track everything, weigh and/or measure just about everything and if it goes in my mouth it goes on fitday and get transferred to here.
