I look like I live in the bat cave ... my mom will come over up the blinds, which span the length of my condo, to let the light in ... booo ... I can sleep all day ... It's beautiful out side .. I can not only do anything, i need to keep out of the sun & heat, so I have no qualms about hibernating all day .. I want to actually... How about you suga?

I eat alot of egg whites and I know it´s a chore but it helps when I am hungry...
I actually buy like 10 dozen eggs, and separate the egg whites in rubbermaid liter jugs, and keep them in the fridge. It may take like 20 minutes but then I am done for a few days. Hope it helps...saves $ and 100% natural. :qt:

Lysine 500 mg – 1-2 tabs once today with a meal
Sesapure – 2 caps 1-3 X a day
Cran Max – 1000 mg Cran supp 1 cap 3-5 X a day
OxyCalm - 2 sprays each side 3-4 X a day (as needed)
PSEVEN - PM 2 spray inner arm

• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple
• 3 oz diced Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)

10:00 A.M –
Meal # 2 :
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple

12:30 P.M –
Meal # 3 :
• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
• 2 cups mixed veggies (Various Beans, Green Beans, carrots, broccoli)
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top

3:30 P.M –
Meal # 4 :
• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
• 2 cups mixed veggies (Various Beans, Green Beans, carrots, broccoli)
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top

6:00 P.M –
Meal # 5 :
• ~ 6 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)

• ~ 6 oz Sweet 'Tater
