Hello guys ;-)

Back again training my ass off, but I'm not experinced with diet so i'm turning to EF for advices:Chef:

I'm running an dbol cycle and everything runs quite fine but i'm concerned about my diet!

Meal #1
Milk + oat Meal + Brown Bread

Meal #2
Pasta, Beef, Milk

Meal #3
Pasta/Rice, Chicken, Milk

Meal #4
Milk, Bacon, bread, Pasta

Meal #5
Protein Shake

3 hours in between meals.

Do I need to change it all? Perhaps something I should add?
I don't count grams of protein nor calories, I just try to eat...

Stats:
195 lbs
6'3
bodyfat: (?) unknown, im not fat but not too thin either :qt:

I just want to add some mass to my body, not trying to add loads of fat.
 
shit man you are a tall dude and your diet loos pretty weak to me although 'cant really tell you without specifics like how many grams of prot, carbs, fats.. (no prots in first meal and in meal 4?). You need to really check your meal altogether bro.

You need about 3 more meals with only 2 hours in between.

#1 Add 1 Whole egg and 5 egg whites here.
#2 Lose the pasta and add some Broccoli
#3 Add a veggie
#4 Ok. I guess.
#5 Put some oats in this shake
#6 Chicken or fish with veggie
#7 More eggs or beef
#8 Presleep Casein shake or Cottage cheese or something

I'm no expert but that's gotta help. You have too many carbs and not enough protein in there. If it seems like a lot of food you'll get used to it. I rarely eat pasta. At least make sure it's whole wheat if you're eating it. Also, that's a lot of milk. I know some will differ but I' would go to low fat if you're going to drink that much of it. I drink a lot too but I definitly noticed a difference when I went to 1%.
