Back again training my ass off, but I'm not experinced with diet so i'm turning to EF for advices
I'm running an dbol cycle and everything runs quite fine but i'm concerned about my diet!
Meal #1
Milk + oat Meal + Brown Bread
Meal #2
Pasta, Beef, Milk
Meal #3
Pasta/Rice, Chicken, Milk
Meal #4
Milk, Bacon, bread, Pasta
Meal #5
Protein Shake
3 hours in between meals.
Do I need to change it all? Perhaps something I should add?
I don't count grams of protein nor calories, I just try to eat...
Stats:
195 lbs

bodyfat: (?) unknown, im not fat but not too thin either
I just want to add some mass to my body, not trying to add loads of fat.
