For those of you who are packin on in the boob area, may I ask what kind of sports bra works for you? I have a few of them, all different kinds and not a dang one of them work when it comes to jogging, or jumping around. I'm about ready to use masking tape, so if you can please help a sistah out, it would be most appreciated.

I'm a full C, borderline D and have bought some pretty decent ones from Sears actually. They were reasonably priced and worked well I thought.

Do you do ballistic cardio like Tai Bo or sprinting?

Well I'm a DD. Jogging I'm ok with. When it comes to kick boxing, and boot camp type exercises such as jumping jacks, or jumping rope, or anything jumping I can't hang. Do you remember the name brand of the one's you have?

No ma'am sorry, I dont.

I'm afraid though that DD and larger just arent well served by any sport bra I've ever seen. My best friend is also a DD like yourself and she's never found anything that really provides a lot of support during the types of ballistic movements you mentioned. When Jen and I used to do Tai bo together she started actually wrapping herself in an Ace bandage on top of her sport bra. It was a really long and wide one made for lower backs. She'd go around her ribcage a few times partially overlapping the underside of her boobs, then start criss-crossing from each boob diagonally across her ribcage and over the opposite shoulder. Looked goofy, but her boobs sho nuff didnt move! :lmao:

I have the same problem... Most of the time I will wear two.. That is the only way to keep the suckers from moving around. What I would suggest is get one that is sorta built like a normal bra. Has the seperation etc. Then put like a champon one over that will compress them. The first one will lift and seperate them and the second one will keep them from jiggling around so much. Boobs can be fun but also a pain in the ass.

Ha. Thanks Ladies. I"m going to try both suggestions, and whichever one feels better is what I'll go with.

I also went w/ a double, though I only have 1 D in mine. (lol, a little, well, big boob humor...) Yea, I've worn 2 sports bras before. Or even a regular sports bra and one of those built-in bra tops.

I was going to suggest 2 bras. Like some of the girls have said already.
I wear one reg. bra with the under wire. And then a tight sports bra.

But still can't do jumping jacks with out holding myself.

I wear two- one ugly kind of 18hour grandma kind, and then a sport bra over it.
(i'm a 38DD)
