Of course my main goal is bodybuilding and gain quality muscle BUT I'm switching to a new gym and they have indoor cycling classes and I want to try them so badly... on the one hand, they would be a good way to force me into an aerobics regime but on the other hand, I fear that it might hinder my bodybuilding progress.
Do any of you guys combine both?
