Two years before doing this cycle I was about 182lbs or more. My husband help me with getting down to a better weight, but now time to tone.

Pre stats
147lbs
thigh 21"
hip 35"
chest 36"

Forgot to get arm.
I am trying to post this before I lose my nerve.

Hate pictures taken of me. But think husband did pretty good job,have to keep him doing them..Hope this was good enough.

You are coming along nicely :) Just keep up the hard work and keep taking those pictures so you can see the change weekly. Plus, the pics end up being a blast to take when you start taking them every week :)
 
hi badgirl1....really proud of you for posting your pics.

what is your diet like? and what is your training schedule like? have you posted this yet?

and what are your goals? You are making good progress from your stats and that's good. you will get there with hard work.

i agree that these pictures will definitely be a blast when you compare later on!!!!

why are you doing winstrol exactly? i just want to make sure that it matches with your intenions.

I will be taking them weekly to see change.

Very little red meat except lean. lots of chicken, turkey & salads.
Grits for breakfast
breakfast bar for first & last break
1/2 tunafish sandwich on all grain breadfor lunch
chicken,turkey or salad for dinner.
Lots & lots of water durning the day!!!!
Protien shake after each work out.

Lift weight for arms 3sets of 15reps in morning afer the AB-DO er 10mins.Evening squats 3sets of 15reps 30lbs,dead lifts same & try to go for bike ride for 1/2hour before dinner.

My goal is to get cut. Doing winny because of lowsides,my husband does test & I will not. He help me do alot of research before getting into winny. So far I like the way I feel & starting to look. Plus winny was cheaper to start with.

On stats for got to add my scale does bf & said 30% want to be much lower than that in time.
